Welcome! I am Sara Cyr, CHC.
I'm delighted that you found me and that you're ready to improve your health or accelerate your healing during this new reality of 2020/2021 this pause - this time of "old" patterns and labels and living - falling away and our new lives and selves emerging.
All of my work involves steering mind and body (in the same direction) to reach optimal health. This is part of the reason we attain accelerated results; body + mind + me + you.

As a certified health coach and Peggy Huddleston Heal Faster (TM) facilitator, I laser focus both of us, to help you attain your wellness goals by combining coaching & mind-body techniques, such as relaxation and visualization, with accountability check-ins.
As a facilitator, I use positive guided imagery and other techniques to draw on your own inner wisdom to shift you from a place of fear and anxiety to a place of peace so you can spark and speed your own healing.
